Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to find out the performance of bolted composite joints under the enviromental corrosion. In adition to this, the effects of the preload and dimensions of parts are examined. The failure analysis is performed experimentaly. In the first part of this study, general information about the objective is given. In the second part, general properties of composite materials are mentioned, they are classified and the explanation is made that where they are used.In the third part composite slab joints are examined. In the fourth part numerical study is mentioned and discussed. In the fifth part damagae criterias are examined. In the sixth part design criteria is mentioned and discussed. In thelast part the results are given. Keywords : Composite, failure analysis, preload, bolt, environmental corrosion
