Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the quality characteristics of the products produced in a factory that produces thermal insulation products, such as density, micronaire (fiber fiber structure), thermal resistanceof product will be studying by using multivariate statistical quality control programs and with the aim of incrasing customer satisfaction. Hotelling T2 statistics, Mason-Young-Tracy (MYT) decomposition method were used to determine which quality characteristics that caused the variability. Accordingly, it is aimed to increase customer satisfaction by examining the relationship between the variables in the product produced, optimizing the quality parameters and process control. All statistical analysis are calculated using STATISTICA and SPSS softwares.
