Abstract (EN)

In our age, businesses have to make profit in order to sustain their existence under the competitive circumstances. Businesses should use their resources most effectively by making decisions through several policies and strategies, in order to increase their profit. Decision making is a significant and complex process for businesses. Increasing alternatives and number of criteria complicates the decision maker is role who makes choice between criteria conflicting.In this study, it is aimed to determine the optimal inventory plan in accordance with these criteria. This plan is generated by incorporating multi-criteria decision-making problem involving multiple qualitative and quantitative criteria, to dynamic programming model. An optimal result can be provided by using dynamic programming approach for the dynamic inventory planning problem, and profit can be increased by cost minimization.
