Abstract (EN)

In today's competitive and rapidly changing business world, project management plays a critical role in organizational success. In projects characterized by uncertainty and complex processes, agility offers effective solutions and provides companies with a competitive advantage. Agility is defined as the ability to quickly adapt to changes and meet customer expectations. This study examines the importance of agility in production and after-sales projects within the automotive, defense, and consumer electronics sectors, as well as the critical success factors that enhance it. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method, one of the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) techniques, the study determined the weights of critical success factors. Based on these weights, companies in the sectors were ranked using TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution), VIKOR (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje), and MOORA (Multi-objective Optimization By Ratio Analysis) methods. Decision matrices were created from professional input, and the results were analyzed and compared to assess sector and company agility performance. The thesis identifies the critical success factors most influencing agility in the studied sectors. These findings help companies enhance agility, gain a competitive edge, and improve project management processes. The study aims to contribute significant value to both the literature and practice in managing agility on a sectoral basis.
