Özet (EN)

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of cultural adaptation on the intention to leave employment within multinational companies. A research endeavor was conducted utilizing a sample derived from 330 employees of multinational firms situated in Turkey operates within the manufacturing sector and is characterized by diverse organizational dynamics. The data acquired in the research were assessed through the utilization of the SPSS program. Upon scrutiny of the obtained findings, it was discerned that cultural adaptation indeed exerts an influence on the intention to leave employment. According to the research outcomes, the sub-dimension of Organizational Culture, namely the power culture, significantly and negatively affects turnover, while the success culture sub-dimension significantly and positively influences turnover in a statistically meaningful manner.
