Özet (EN)

With the process that began with the Industrial Revolution, the impact of multinational corporations on a global economy and global politics has become undeniable. The changing world conditions with the capitalist ideological system embrace the world as a Web and multinational companies have become the super powers of the world by taking the wind of innovation. Through many factors constituting the concept of globalization, the multinational companies have taken their places as an important actor in the center of the globalized world. Likewise, the multinational companies that fill the concept of entrepreneurship and spirit in the basic sense will be insufficient if they are defined only as profit organizations. Multinationals, which have been engaged in the worldwide investment activities, have become the universe structures leading to the global politics and gained enormous economic power over time. Multinational companies contribute to the employment conditions of the host countries by decreasing their unemployment rates. Additionally, they positively affect the host countries in terms of economic, cultural and social dimensions. This positive image makes multinational companies attractive, particularly for developing countries. As multinationals companies gain economically through the free market process, they become the structures developing strategies to influence the entire world by directing technology.
