Abstract (EN)
The tendency of business to be multinational in the context of globalization leads to an increase in the areas of cultural exchange, requires working with teams of different structures and the ability to cope with cultural differences within these teams. In order for people from different cultures to better understand each other and strive for a common goal, they must know each other in general terms and be able to analyze the elements of communication given by their cultures. In this research, which examines the management of communication conflicts arising from intercultural differences in multinational teams, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the multinational project film crew of the Finding Mother 2 project. The findings obtained primarily gave information about the structure of the team, and it was revealed that the communication conflicts experienced by the team examined in the light of this information caused both cultural differences and language barriers. These findings were associated with the cultural dimensions and management models in the literature and suggestions were made for the effective and successful work of multinational teams.
