The life art and work of Coşkun Ertepınar

Coşkun Ertepınar was born in Erkilet Kayseri and he died 9th of August 2005 in Ankara.The poet started to his art life during the high school years and his first poet is ?Bu Gece?. This poem was published by the journal of ?Muhit? in its 25th volume on November 1930. ?In the signature part of the ?Bu Gece? poem, (DM) sign was used. Its abbreviation is Derviş Münir. Derviş is the real name of the poet and Münir is the appellation of him.His first poem book is the ?Deniz Üstü? which was published by Kamil Press in Sivas in 1935. Ertepınar did not want to republish and mention about this book which include fifteen poems in it. Later on the poet published the following poem books in orderly ? Dönülmez Zaman İçin (1949), Tek Adam (1954), Kaderden Yana (1956), Mevsimlerin Ötesinden (1963), Güzel Dünya (1969), Şu Dağlar Bizim Dağlar (1973), Zaman Bahçesinde (1978), Destan Atatürk (1981), Küçük Dünyamın İçinden (1982), Dorukta Rüzgar Var (1986), Çocuklar ve Papatyalar (1986), Yunus Bahçesinde Açan Gül (1992), Sevginin Yedi Rengi (1993), Şiir İkliminde Bir Ömür (Hepsi Bir Arada) (1995)?.Coşkun Ertepınar was a productive poet since he has produced fifteen books in his entire 91 years of life. The book ?Şiir İkliminde Bir Ömür? gathered all of his poems in a book except for ?Deniz Üstü??.In his poems Coşkun Ertepınar used the themes of human, children, nature, love of the Atatürk, kindness, beauty, friendship, peace, love of life, love, being a Turk, the historical founders (Osman Gazi , Ulubatlı Hasan, Akşemseddin, Fatih, Yavuz), Yunus Emre, time, aspiration, homesick, infinity, loneliness and death.Ertepınar who is an autobiographic poet mentioned about his wife, kids, family and relatives through his poems.The main scope of all his poems is ?love?. Pessimism and negative beliefs do not exist in his works.Ertepınar did not follow any literature trend at that time. He defended not to make art ideologies and set any kind of rules to practice art.Written with a fluent Turkish he used free style in his poems. He also has some poems written by spelling style. Some of his poems were composed.
