Abstract (EN)
The COVID-19 epidemic that started worldwide in 2019; continues with the difficulties of initiatives, stakeholders and policies in the health sector to respond to this crisis. This difficulties on Covid-19 crisis management; led the hospitals to make new innovations in science and technology. In terms of the correct application of these innovations, the literature researches, application knowledge and strategies of these hospitals about the innovation plays crucial role. In this research, the difficulties which the hospitals faced with during Covid-19 period and how these hospitals solved these problems with existing and potential innovation strategies were discussed. Also, it was discussed how these solutions affected the innovation management skills and strategies of these hospitals.
