Indoor iomt based monitoring and analysis of alzheimer's patients with Covid-19

On March 11, 2020, the Corona virus (Covid-19), which is considered as an extraordinary public health problem by the World Health Organization (WHO), was declared a pandemic. The coronavirus epidemic started a serious acute respiratory syndrome epidemic. Quarantine, isolation, and social distance have been recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and health authorities worldwide to prevent and stop the spread of the epidemic. While conscious and healthy people can fulfill these recommendations, unfortunately Alzheimer's patients with reduced cognitive functions cannot follow the recommendations because they cannot remember the recent past, and they pose a serious problem in the spread of the epidemic. In this study, whether or not quarantined Alzheimer's patients with Covid-19 leave the isolation room will be tracked by the indoor positioning system. Patients with Alzheimer's may forget why they are wearing the mask and can take it off. With the mask tracking system designed to prevent this situation, it is determined whether the patient is wearing the mask or not. When it is detected that he is not wearing the mask, the patient will be warned by voice message to wear the mask. At the same time, with the help of IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) technology sensors, a cloud-based system architecture is created by detecting the Heart Rate, Oxygen Saturation (SPO2), Respiratory rate, Body temperature values, and the patient's relative or doctor can monitor the patient's health status, the patient's indoor location, and the wearing of a mask. A health monitoring system is developed in order to monitor and track the non-wearing situation remotely.
