Abstract (EN)
Societies may have to struggle with events that shake the whole world. Covid-19 is giving people the most difficult days of recent times. It is known that such events have effects on societies. The consumers, who had to keep up with the new order that changed with the pandemic, started to differ in their usual behavior. Examining the lifestyles of consumers in order to determine these differences before and during the pandemic is also important in terms of understanding the consumer and finding solutions. The aim of the study is to evaluate the lifestyles, which are a factor affecting consumer behavior and consumer behavior in the Covid-19 pandemic, before and during the pandemic. The study was applied in a questionnaire as well as a literature review. As a result of the study, it was determined that Covid-19 affected the lives of consumers and these effects created differences in the lifestyles of consumers before and during the pandemic. While it has been observed that pre-pandemic lifestyles have preserved their existence, albeit with minor changes, during the pandemic process, it has been observed that only the "leader-spirited experiencers" lifestyle has been divided into two different lifestyles during the pandemic process. In general, it has been seen that consumers no longer prefer to go shopping frequently for their needs, and the art sector, which has stopped with the pandemic, has resulted in consumers staying away from art. While a consumer mass that pays more attention to their health with the pandemic has been observed, it has also been noticed that they are not willing to try new things. In addition, there is a significant decrease in the satisfaction of consumers with their lifestyles. The things that changed with the pandemic, as well as the importance that consumers give to their families, and that they give importance to their families in both processes are among the remarkable results.
