Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to determine the difficulties experienced by administrators working in public primary and secondary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, which was designed as a case study, one of the qualitative research models, interviews were conducted with 10 school principals and 4 deputy principals in Korkuteli district of Antalya province with a semi-structured interview form in order to collect data. The administrators in the study group were selected with an easily accessible sample. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and content analysis. The codes were determined by examining the interview records. Similar codes are grouped under appropriate theme headings. Primary and secondary school administrators; Financial difficulties in administrative context, increase in workload, difficulty in decision making and planning, difficulties in supervision and communication, decrease in class participation in the context of education, lack of digital content, negative student behaviors, regression in learning, loss of motivation, assessment and evaluation and inadequate guidance services. difficulties, catching Covid-19 in the context of health and hygiene, lack of physical activity, difficulty in maintaining social distance, cleaning and hygiene, difficulties related to psychological problems, inability to access technology in the context of technology, lack of technological knowledge, technical infrastructure problems, forces related to cyber security have stated that they have experienced.
