Abstract (EN)

With the declaration of the spread of the Covid-19 virus as a pandemic by WHO on March 11, 2020, and the first case seen in Turkey on the same date, many institutions have started to employ personnel in alternative working areas, and this process continues throughout 2021. In this process, Participation Banks have also actively experienced alternative working areas. With the Technology Acceptance Model, it is desired to measure the reasons for preference and the effects on employees, together with the above-mentioned concerns and ways of doing business of these new areas. The research was carried out on 411 samples formed from employees working in offices or branches in Participation Banks across the country. When we look at the study in general, the compatibility of the employees to the working system with working models such as home-remote working (current working order, current working technique, technological infrastructure), time (savings, full service, agility), perceived behavioral control (self-confidence, authority). , competence) and perceived ease of use (adaptation, career, employer's infrastructure support, convenience) factors positively affect perceived benefit (comfort, practicality, efficiency, performance increase, planned work, cost reduction, data security). According to the same results, while the factors of compliance, time, anxiety and perceived behavioral control positively affected the perceived ease of use, self-efficacy, confidence and facilitating conditions negatively affected the perceived ease of use. According to other results of the study, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness factors negatively affected attitude (insecurity, experience, seeing unnecessary, thinking it is a bad idea, restlessness).
