Reflection of the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the administrative staff working in health institutions on the management process

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected more than 6 million people to date. The pandemic has led to many changes in the international arena and our country. Regarding health management, some precautions had to be taken to fight the pandemic. This study shows the opinions of health managers about the struggle with the pandemic, and suggestions were made by making determinations and evaluations about the process. The research population is limited to the administrative staff working in Mengücek Gazi Training and Research Hospital and Private Neon Hospital in Erzincan province, and the research sample includes 18 people. A qualitative research design was used in the research. While interviews were used as a research method, a semi-structured interview form was used to collect data. The data obtained through interviews was explained with descriptive and content analysis methods. Based on the findings obtained from the study, a discussion was made, and suggestions were presented.
