Abstract (EN)

This study examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on global food systems and its implications for food security. Through a mixed-methods approach, including a questionnaire and qualitative data analysis, the research aims to gain insights into the challenges faced by the food systemduring crises and identify strategies to enhance food security. The objectives of the study include assessing disruptions in agricultural production, analyzing the implications of disrupted supply chains, examining the effects on vulnerable populations, evaluating existing measures and interventions, and proposing innovative strategies for long- term food security. The findings highlight the importance of local and regional food systems, the resilience of small-scale farmers, and the role of community-basedinitiatives in ensuring food availability. The research underscores the need for targeted interventions, policy interventions, and sustainable practices to enhance food security during crises. The implicationsof the study extend to building resilient supply chains, addressing vulnerabilities of marginalized populations, promoting adaptive behaviors, and implementing evidence-based strategies.
