Abstract (EN)
The living conditions reached within the framework of the technological developments of the century we are in have completely brought the needs of people to the internet environment during the epidemic phase. Apart from the needs of people, work and education life has also been transferred to the internet environment. In particular, moving the business life online has made it necessary to be able to manage the working life completely from home in the future. During the epidemic, many companies had to apply the remote working method to continue their work. However, while freelancing and remote working are the answers to some necessities, they also bring advantages and disadvantages. In our study, a work-life balance questionnaire was applied to 261 freelancers and remote workers. When the scores of freelancers and remote workers from the work-life scale and its sub-dimensions differ according to gender, age, number of children, education level, professional experience and monthly income, it was seen that these variables did not reveal a significant difference. There was no difference between the freelance and telecommuting content producers, according to the way they work, in the scores of neglecting their life, life consists of work, taking time for oneself, and work-life scale (general). However, there was a difference between the scores of adaptation to life according to the working style of freelance and remote content producers. There was no difference between the motivation levels of freelance and remote content producers according to their working style.
