In times of epidemics, the extremely limited circulatory action is an important obstacle primarily for people. However, the restriction of circulation hits the transportation sector the most, being one of the large-scale and dangerous barriers to trade. In the last period of the Covid-19 pandemic, the effects of this problem have been greatly felt. The civil aviation sector has also been one of the sectors at the center of this problem. The problems experienced by the sector have made it compulsory for all actors in the sector to enter into a process of change and transformation based on a strategic management approach model. In this research, the effect of the change and transformation of sectoral operations on strategic management during the Covid-19 process, focusing on the civil aviation sector, was examined. Although the research is based on an integrative literature review, the data and information obtained in the literature were analyzed together with the benefits of the process to the civil aviation sector actors. As a result of the analyzes, it was seen that the sector focused on cargo transportation operations in order to save the future under the pressure of obligations, but it was understood that there were different future concerns about the operational sustainability of the sector.
