Abstract (EN)

Mannich reaction is one of the most important classical methods for the synthesis of ß-amino ketones and aldehydes (Mannich bases). This reaction is also one of the most important C-C bond formation reactions in organic chemistry. Mannich bases are versatile synthetic building blocks, since they can be easily converted into a wide range of useful and valuable derivatives. Furthermore, Mannich bases are often used as the key step in numerous pharmaceutical production processes and in the synthesis of natural products. In this research work, one-pot synthesis of Mannich bases under solvent-free conditions were worked on. One-pot three component reaction were carried out between aryl aldehydes, ß-dicarbonyl compounds, ß-ketoesters or malonates and primary aromatic or aliphatic amines. As a result of the experiments, a simple, clean, and environmentally friendly process is developed for Mannich bases and this process can be easily applied for synthesis of different Mannich products with good yield. The structures of all synthesized compounds have been characterized by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy methods.
