CPM, PERT and project management with fuzzy logic technique and implementation on a business

In the result of increased competition medium, it has been obligatory to complete the projects in the foresighted time and with the sources which are specified. An effective project management is necessary to finish the projects without delay and in the precense of the qualifications which are characterized before. The project planning tecniques are utilized to provide these necessities. In this study, classic PERT and CPM which are the techniques of project management, fuzzy PERT and fuzzy CPM which are used in the fuzzy project management, all of these techniques will be used to improve a online internet branch and to plan the project of a online internet branch. At the end of the study, the results will be analyzed. In the study, certain and fuzzy activity times are used which are taken from three different firms. The CPM and PERT optimization of the project is analyzed by using triangular fuzzy numbers for fuzzy datas and the classic CPM and PERT optimization of the project is analyzed in the presence of certain activity times.
