This research was carried out to determine the effects of different sowing dates (15 February, 15 March, 15 April, 18 May, 15 June, 11 July, 15 September) on fresh ear yield and quality characteristics of three sweet corn varieties (Challenger, Vega, Khan). The research was carried out in the Research and Application Area of the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Field Crops, University of Çukurova in 2021, with three replications according to split plots design. According to the results obtained from the research, significant differences were obtained between the varieies for flowering date, number of ears per plant, plant height, first ear height, stem thickness, ear length, ear thickness, number of grains per ear, grain weight per ear, fresh ear yield, fresh seed yield and water- soluble dry matter. The highest fresh ear yield was obtained from Khan sweet corn variety (189.9 g/bitki) on April 15, and the highest water-soluble dry matter content from Khan corn variety (18,33 °Brix) was found on April 15.
