Significant differences were observed between the satisfaction levels in terms of age, marital status and the condition of having a chronic disease or not. It was concluded that the patients aged twenty-six or over were more satisfied than younger participants, married participants were more satisfied than single participants, the participants with chronic diseases were more satisfied than the ones without chronic diseases in terms of health service (p=0.001, p=0.012, p=0.024). When the patient-centeredness perceptions were considered in general, the average score was 1.51±0.528 out of 4. Patient-centeredness perceptions of the staff and other participants were found significantly higher than of the students (p=0.021).
