Doç. Dr. Neşe ALGAN This study examined modem personnel management principles of employees working on Research and Application Farm of Agricultural Faculty of Çukurova University. Also, education, age, responsibility and authority, working condition, workers health, work safety of personnel working on Research and Application Farm and factors effected wage policy were investigated. Together with these, application of management understanding based on personnel from the point of view productivity were examined.
