The study of the interpretation of ayats (the verses of quan) related to Family Law in Turkish Interpretations in the period of time after the Republic was established

The title of the thesis ?The Comparative Study Of The Of Ayats (Verses) Related To Family Law İn Turkish İnterpretations Of Quran(İn The Period )After Republic? . We studied this subject detaily at the main titles of marriage and divorce.The aim of this study is to bring up both the differences and similarities of inter- pretations by comparing the interpretation of verses related to family law written from the first years of republic until the present day.At the introduction part, the importance of the study, the method and the sources, aim and the borders of the study are defined.At the first part of the study, The Turkish İnterpretations of the term of republic and their main characteristics are placed.At the second part Quran and the order verses (ahkam ayat) and also family and family law are studied. In addition The ayats related to family law in Quran are stadet.At the conclusion part, the verses (ayats) related to family law are studied comparatively in the main titles of marriage and divorce in the subject matter of interpretation.
