Abstract (EN)

Dara Shukoh is an important figure in the field of history in terms of historical and political events as the heir of Shah Jahan, one of the most powerful rulers of the Mughal Empire, and the war of succession with his brothers, as well as in the field of history of religion and sufism with the views that led to his execution. In the subject of our study, Hasanaat ul-'Aarifin, the author has narrated the shathiyyat (ecstatic utterance) of the sufis, including the Prophet and his companions, and also responded to the criticism of his views on wahdat al-wujud (the unity of existence). With this study, the concept of shathiyyat mentioned in the classical and academic resources is explained, a new resource in Turkish on the life, religious views and ideas pertaining sufism of Prince Dara that hasn't been much researched in Turkey, is presented, and his work Hasanaat ul-'Aarifin is introduced.
