Özet (EN)

Investing in private pension companies, in addition to the public pension system, can achieve this goal in order to maintain the welfare level individuals have throughout their active working life during their retirement period. This private pension system is based on volunteerism and is a kind of funding or preference of preferences. Discovery can be affected by many factors during this evaluation, and the decisions that can be made in these influences can be irrational from time to time. This reveals the relationship of the private pension system with behavioral finance. Behavioral finance reveals the results by researching the investors' investments. With statistical analysis, the relationship between employees' predisposition to savings, their basic knowledge of private pension system, their approach to IPS and their behavioral finance tendencies towards individual retirement are as follows; Priority reliability analysis and factor analysis were performed. Afterwards, Kolmogorov was examined with Smirnov test and various analyzes (kruskal wallis, chi-square, regression analysis ...) were made. As a result of these analyzes, it has been determined that the employees' predisposition to savings, their PPS basic knowledge level and their experience with IPS are effective on behavioral finance tendencies towards individual retirement.
