Özet (EN)
The purpose of the project is to observe the characterstics of the diaphragm springs used in clutch systems and their optimatizations according to their environment. It is tried to find solutions within the project with Dönmez Debriyaj where the firm encounters during the design and tests of the spring. In this study, firstly, the spring characteristic of a standard spring is solved and compared by using analytic and numerical methods. Furthermore, the characteristics and the behaviour during working of the two different diaphragm sprigs that are produced by Dönmez Debriyaj are simulated and the simulation results are compared with the test results. Additionaly the behaviour of these springs during working are optimized for different spring measure and montage locations.Pro-engineer-Wildfire(version 2.0) are used in the design and the solid modeling of the springs in the project. Numerical simulations are done by using Ansys-Workbench (Version 11).The numerical and test results are observed for each diaphragm spring in different chapters by comparing each of them. The general evaluation of the project is given in the conclusion.
