Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, energy spectra of 137Cs and 14C standart radioactive sources were obtained by using spectrometers consisted of NaI(Tl) scintillation detector and Si surface barrier detector, respectively. Resolutions of energy spectra of the sources were investigated by using leading edge and constant fraction timing methods. Energy resolutions of the systems were improved through these techniques reducing electronic noise and allowing to obtain the spectra of low-energy particles.
