Application of value analysis on plastic injection molding industry

ABSTRACTOne of the productivity increasing way of value analysis technique that is a systems thatobtain product service and process with succeed necessary functions with optimum value andlowest cost. Value analysis is a scientific method that is formed for realize main function withlower elements product expenses.In this study, in first chapter productivity concept, productivity increasing ways andunnecessary cost concepts that decreases productivity and techniques that decrease thoseunnecessary cost are examined with detailed. In second chapter value analysis technique thatusing in minimizing unnecessary cost and providing productivity and its applications andfunction analysis are related.In third section of this study, main sector of this project Molding and Plastic InjectionMolding are examined with detailed application and samples.
