Opinions of primary school teachers about materials and equipment used in education of values

In this study; the opinions of the classroom teachers about the tools, materials and materials used in in-class values education practices and the place, importance and applicability of these tools and materials the values education were examined. The participants of the study were formed by twenty class teacher where located on Kocaeli's district of Gölcük. In this study, Teacher Interview Form, wich was prepared by taking expert opinions as data collection tool, was used. Content analysis was performed on the data obtained from the interview with the help of Nvivo 12 program. At the end of the research, it was found that the characteristics of the equipment and materials used by the classroom teachers in the education of values, the strenghts and limitations of these materials and materials, and whether they used them effectively. Some of the findings are as follows; (1) When the teachers opinion were examined, observed that 36 contents has highlighted. These concepts were grouped according to their similarities and formed 36 codes. (2) When the teachers opinion were examined, the following concepts have come to the fore in equipment and materials; tools, material, visual, internet, image, strory, video, banner,films,slides, questions, cartoons, photo, song, magazine, book, newspaper, projection, presentation, poster, technological devices, crossword, map, moneybox, board, melodica.(3)Among the prominent concepts, 13 categories were selected according to frequental status and grouping potential. Internet, Image, Story, Video, Banner, Poster, Photo, Song, Magazine, Book, Newspaper, Projection, Presentation and Map.(4) The materials and other materials used by teachers in the values education differ from each other according to their gender and their professional experience.
