Abstract (EN)
In this research, the effects of different dosages of dietary 17 β- estradiol andVitamin C (Vit. C ) applied combined were investigated, on the growth performance ofkoi (Cyprinus carpio) (mean initial weight 15.51±0,31). The study was conducted inthree replicate according to experiment plan with randomized design in concrete pond(0,75Ã4,60Ã0,80 m). In this study, control group was fed with commercial trout feed, while experimental group were fed diets supplemented with 5+187,5 (17β-estradiol+Vit. C), 10+255 (17β- estradiol+Vit. C), 15+300 (17β- estradiol+Vit. C)mg/kg. Samplings were carried out every 15 days and study was finished in 75 days. Atthe end of the study, it was found that body weight averages were respectively,81,00±5,56 g, 82,55±4,29 g, 83,13±3,08 g and 90,13±6,82 g and total length averageswere respectively, 16,89±0,39 cm, 16,91±0,29 cm, 16,94±0,31 cm and 17,60±0,53.Survival rates was determined 100 %. It was no found significantly differences amongsgroups according to statistical analysis (P>0,05).As a result, vitamin C dosages that exposured been effective on survival rates offishes. 5,10,15 mg/kg dosages of 17 β- estradiol that administered to groups, weren?tbeen adequate for growth performance of koi. These results suggested that growthperformance in the koi could be effected by exposure to 17 β- estradiol greater than 15mg/kg dosages.Key Words: 17β- estradiol, Vitamin C, Cyprinus carpio, Growth, Koi
