Abstract (EN)

Balance defines the static and dynamic equlibrium of an organisym working in harmony. The balance system processes sensory data from 3 basic structures and organizes them to motor responses. The vestibular nuxlei receive stimuli from many cortical structures during this process. The use of this sensory data in individuals and functioning of the balance system in different situations are tested with the Computerized Dynamic Posturograhy test battery. The aim of this study is to define the changes in the balance system, especially the central system organization, providing dual tasks to young and healthy adult individuals. For this purpose, 51 people in 5 groups including 1 control group were included in the study. Within the scope of the study, the groups were given the tasks of counting down, supination pronation for the cerebellar fınctions, and listening to music and noise for the effects of sound. As a result of the study, it was observed that task of attention increased with the vestibular data entry (p<0.005), and the effects of supination and pronation movements on the shifting of hip strategy (p<0.005). On the other hand , there is seen to be limited effects of sound on balance system.
