Abstract (EN)

In this study, the attitudes towards change in the civil aviation sector and the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance were examined. In the literature research of the study, the attitudes of the employees towards the internal and external environmental conditions are emphasized. At this stage, the technological, economic, political and managerial importance of the change and its features are emphasized. In addition, the importance of organizational culture, which is one of the most important internal environment dynamics, and its connection with the employees are emphasized. In the methodology phase of the study, our dependent variable, employee performance, is addressed. Structural Equation Model was used as the method in our study. A total of 419 people were surveyed in the civil aviation sector. As a result; There was a significant relationship between organizational culture and attitude towards change. In addition, it was found that both organizational culture and attitude towards change had a direct relationship with Employee Performance. According to the results of this study, research hypotheses were supported. As a result of these results reinforced by the literature, important suggestions are related with made about the academic field and the real sector firms operating in the field of Civil Aviation
