On the degloving injury analysis and comparison of the effect of ticagrelor and enoxaparin sodium in the way of tissue survival

ABSTRACT ON THE DEGLOVING INJURY ANALYSIS AND COMPARISON OF THE EFFECT OF TICAGRELOR AND ENOXAPARIN SODIUM IN THE WAY OF TISSUE SURVIVAL Degloving injury is meaning that skin and subcutaneous tissue detaches from the underlying deep fascia. The main problem with this type of injury is developing skin necrosis due to injury of the subcutaneous vascular plexus of the avulsion part. studies with degloving injury which very often seen in Plastic reconstructive and aestethic surgery clinics are clinical trials about treatment and after treatment periot. the number of experimental studies is limited there are a few experimental article in literature about to reduce the amount of necrosis. So we investigated enoxaparin and ticagrelor effects on degloving injury and their effectiveness in term of survival of tissue. 30 rats were used in our study. We created degloving injury in the tails of rats and this flaps are sutured back instead after waiting 15 minutes in the case of avulsion. in the postoperative period, rats were randomly four groups.1. group control group we didn'tgive drug. 2. group ticagrelor group, we gave ticagrelor.3. group enoxaparin, we gave enoxaparin. 4. group ticagrelor+enoxaparin group, we gave enoxaparin and ticagrelor together. We studied finished our studie after we gave drug to rats for 14 days. Clinical and histopatholojic rates of ulcer scores were calculated on the rat's tail necrosis. There is expressive statistical difference between clinical results of control and drugs groups (p<0.005). There isn't expressive statistical difference between drugs group each other. But there is expressive difference clinical results of drug groups. there are enoxaparin group's necrosis rate %34.8, ticagrelor group's necrosis rate%34.7, enoxaparin+ticagrelor group's necrosis rate%24.6.so according to clinical results showed that necrosis rate of ticagrelor +enoxaparin group is less than the other groups. There is expressive statistical difference between histopathological results of control and drugs group (p<0.005). We found that ticagrelor and enoxaparin which used one by one or together positive effect degloving injuries healing and increase survival of tissue in our experimental study. We found that clinically necrosis rate of ticagrelor +enoksaparin group is less than the other groups.
