Abstract (EN)

In this study, the buckling behavior of the laminated composite plates with delamination has been investigated. Buckling loads of the composite plates have been determined by generating three-dimensional finite elements model. Effects of the diameter and location of the delamination, fiber orientation and different boundary conditions on the buckling loads have been examined by the Finite Elements Method. APDL (ANSYS Parametric Desing Language) code has been developed by using ANSYS program.Fiber orientations of the eight-layered composite plates used in the study have been chosen as ? [0] ? _4s, ? [45/-45] ? _2s and ? [90,/-90] ? _2s. First, the buckling loads of intact laminated composite plates have been determined. The results have been presented graphically and in tabular. Keywords: Circular delamination, buckling analysis, laminated composites plate.
