Özet (EN)

EVALUATION OF GREEN DEAL AND GREEN STRATEGY SELECTION IN THE RAILWAY TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY IN TYPE-2 NEUTROSOPHIC FUZZY ENVIRONMENT In this study, the effects of the European Green Deal on the Turkish railway transport sector are examined in detail. The study mentions the Green Deal's definition, historical development, and basic components. Then, Turkey's railway transport sector's current situation and structural characteristics were analyzed. The focus of the study is the effects of the regulations, sustainability targets, financing mechanisms, and technological and operational innovations that emerged within the scope of the Green Deal on the railway sector. In particular, the processes of reducing carbon emissions and improving environmental performance are discussed in detail. Accordingly, a new decision support model has been developed to integrate SPC and CRADIS methods based on Type 2 Neutrosophic Fuzzy Numbers to manage uncertainties in multi-criteria decision-making processes. This model provides efficiency and reliability in the sector's strategic decision-making processes. Finally, strategic suggestions were presented for reducing energy consumption, using renewable energy sources, and minimizing environmental impacts so that Turkey could reach a sustainable future in rail transport. The study emphasizes that compliance with the Green Deal is critical for the Turkish railway sector to reach international environmental standards.
