While the concept of democracy is an ideal to be achieved for some, for others it is a concept that can never be achieved. That's why this concept is still being discussed since the day it emerged. Although it contains many paradoxes, the reason why it is the most preferred management model today is that it is more applicable than others in today's conditions. In order for individuals to have the mentioned concepts, they must fulfill a number of prerequisites.
