Abstract (EN)

In the political life of Turkey, one claims that there is a continuity between the parties since the Ottoman Empire: on the one hand, the ?İttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti? (ITC) and ?Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi? (CHP) what is formed in center and on the other hand, ?Teşebbüs-i Şahsi ve Ademi Merkeziyet Cemiyeti? of Prens Sabahattin, the 2nd Group in the First Parliament, ?Terakkiperver Cumhuriyet Fırkası? (TpCF), ?Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkası? (SCF), ?Demokrat Parti? (DP) and ?Adalet Partisi? (AP), which is formed in periphery. And by this way, the Turkish political life is in dialect of center - periphery. In these two lines, the most accentuated continuity is between the DP and the AP, that which was selected for the subject of analysis of this work. By making this analysis the purpose is also to analyze the dialect centers - periphery which is a dominant approach for the political parties? studies in Turkey.
