After World War II , the existing single-manregime had suddenly collapsed and new democracy based governments started to established instead. This world-wide transformations influenced the Turkish policy structure, too. In order to comply with this transformation, Turkey transited to the multi-party system 1946.By the transition in 7 January 1946, the first promited party was found: Democrat Party. Owing to a critical and strong apposition across the ruling party Republican People's Party(CHP), DP came to the power in the consequence of general elections of 14 May 1950. After a solid 27 years governing , CHP gave a way to DP and became an apposition in this research ; the first 4 years of DP
