Abstract (EN)
The efficiency matter which is the intersection point of the conventional management approaches with the participative management approach, makes important to study the effect of participative management approach on the motivations of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of participative management approach, a phenomenological side of the democratic management approach, on the motivations of employees. The study also analyzes the impact of personal characteristics on that effect.The findings of the study show that the participative management approach effects has effect on the motivations of the employeesi and that effect stems from participative management of work other than participative institutional management, and personal charactersitics of employees has no impact on that effect.
