Özet (EN)

The Role of Some Adipokines in Experimental Diabetic Nephropathy Models. Objective: To analyze possible relationships between adipokines such as adiponectin, adipsin and visfatin with diabetic nephropathy in experimental animals. Based on plasma parameters to reach the results. Material and Methots: Twenty-five Wistar Albino rats were divided into two groups: control (n = 5) and diabetic (n = 20) groups. STZ was administered at a dose of 50 mg / kg in 0.1 M citrate buffer in each rat to form the diabetes group. Plasma glucose was defined as a group of diabetic rats with glucose levels >350 mg / dl measured by glucometer 72 hours after administration of STZ and taken to work. After a 2 month period, blood was collected by intracardiac method under ketamine anesthesia, and plasma adiponectin, visatin, BUN, creatinine levels were measured with Dicle Univercity Medical Hospital Central laboratory facilities. The results and inferences about the inductive, causal and dialectical analysis methods and the nature of the relationships that existed directly and indirectly with other parameters between DN and adipokines were reached with these parameters measured using statistical analyzes. Results and Conclusion: As a result of the work we have done, adiponectin and visfatin affects plasma creatinine levels, but adipsin does not have any effect on plasma creatinine levels. In addition, analysis results show that, adiponectin and visfatin values are positively correlated with each other but they do not have any correlation with plasma adipsin values.
