Abstract (EN)

The first months of neonatal sepsis is a clinical syndrome accompanied by systemic symptoms of infection associated with bacteremia life. In recent years, there are well-defined pathophysiology, diagnosis, despite the difficulties in the diagnosis of sepsis in technological developments and the progress of effective antimicrobial therapy; of nonspecific clinical signs present, increasing the survival rate of premature and low birthweight babies, it made interventions, such as surgery for reasons still persist with severe clinical picture. In this study, TNF-α blockers in sepsis research aimed effects on inflammatory parameters of Thalidomid and etanercept treatment. In the present study Wistar rats were used for 28 days. Experimental animals are divided into 5 groups, these groups; 1: Sham group (n = 12), 2: formed by LPS sepsis group (n = 12), 3: LPS + Thalidomid group (n = 12), 4: LPS + etanercept group (n = 12), 5: LPS + thalidomide + etanercept group (n = 12) were designed. Laboratory animals intraperitoneal lipopolysaccharide (5 mg / kg) given to the treatment group sepsis was induced TNF-α-bloke with Thalidomid (0.5 mg / kg / döşe) and Etanercept (1 mg / kg / döşe) was imlemende. In the first 3rd and 6th hour intracardiac blood samples were taken under anesthesia. By applying the TUNEL technique,detection of apoptosis in rat brain tissues were quickly removed and fixed. Blood samples of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), Prese cin, NFB, interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), Total Antioxidan Stress (TAS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels by ELISAIt were studied.
