Turkey earthquake origin is one of the countries with an active structure. 95% of the first degree; means that the rest is at risk of 2nd degree earthquake. One of the active ones in the earthquake environment is that the ground is heterogeneous and far away and that the ground is improved. The main purpose of determining the properties of soil materials; the earthquake did not occur during the settlement and life and property losses were important to avoid. To know the soil properties in the areas that will be opened to new settlement and in the existing risk areas are in planning and risk areas. Acıpayam District of Denizli Province has a structure here as the ground material of Oğuz Neighborhood. The floor is made of sandy, silty and gravel materials. The floor should have a wiped structure that will cause the device to settle from future loads. In this thesis, the soil investigation of the TOKİ construction in Oğuz Mahallesi of Acıpayam District of Denizli Province is carried out. It seizes the ground problems of TOKI construction which has an alluvial structure and makes experiences in this field and is planned within the production based on them, minimizing the damages that will occur.
