Abstract (EN)

Disasters caused by nature pose a great threat to all living thingsNatural disasters constitute to great risks to all living. New technological developments provide a great advantage to minimize the earthquake effects of living things. Due to population growth and the needs of mankind, there has been a trend towards high-rise buildings. Therefore, the contribution of the piled foundation system used to the structure is to transfer the superstructure loads that affected the structure to the ground through the piled foundation. It is alsa to reduce the seating of the structure and minimize the different fit of the foundation. The purpose of the foundations created with the fore pile system is to transmit the loads that influence the structure to more solid and high strength floors where the ground carrying power is low. The building designed in the study is for residential purposes and each apartment is planned to be 140 m2, 3+1 and 4 apartments on each floor. The designed building is basement+7 floors and consists of 8 floors in total. The foundation system of the structure is basically solutiond to the piled raft. Static and bored pile calculations of the building were made using the licensed ideCAD Static (Ver. 10.92) program ing accordance with the Turkish Building Earthquake Regulation (2018) which entered into force in 2019. The piled foundation system of the structure was examined by making static calculations with pile ranges of 2 m, 3m, 4 m. By keeping the pile diameters constant at 130 cm, the length of the pile in the 2 m spaced pile system was 16 m pile 162, in the 3 m spaced pile system the stake length was 25 m pile 72, in the 4 m spaced pile system the stake length was 33 m pile 45. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that the piles reduce the sitting of the raft foundation. It seen that there is a sharing between the pile group used according to the rigidity and the base of the raft, the superstructure loads that influence the structure with the work of the piled raft foundations together. On bored piled foundations, it was observed that there were changes in diameter and length of the piles when gap distance of the pile was changed. It is understood that the gap diameters and lengths of the piles increase when the range of the piles in increased. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that either the pile diameter or the pile length should be increased due to the increase in distance change. Another solution is to increase the diameter and height of the pile together, depending on the increase in pile distance change.
