Abstract (EN)
In this study, deep plastering process, one of the indispensable mass production methods, was examined. The cold sheet forming method is an indispensable model of mass production methods. Many difficult geometric shaped vessels can be produced with the deep plastering method. There are many negative factors encountered in the application of these production methods. Many factors such as coating radius, sheet raw material, drawing speed, sheet thickness, drawing ratio and product geometry are discussed. The theoretical analysis of the forming operation in the deep plastering process was examined with the help of ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. Experimental, theoretical and practical experiments with different sheet metal thicknesses and different raw materials with different rolling directions aim to improve raw material costs and accelerate mold design and manufacturing processes.
