Abstract (EN)

Parasitic and bacterial fish pathogens of the fish in Deriner Dam Lake on the Çoruh River were determined in the study. Totally 127 fish (6 different species) were sampled between August 2014 to April 2015. Apiosoma sp., Euplotes sp., Gyrodactylus sp., Dactylogyrus sp., Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Ligula intestinalis, Trichodinella sp., Trichodina sp. and Vorticella sp. were isolated as a parasitic pathogens of Alburnoides fasciatus, Squalis orientalis, Barbus artvinica, Capoeta banarescui, Capoeta sieboldii and Capoeta ekmekciae. Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, Carnobacterium maltaromaticum and Shewanella putrefaciensans and six Aeromonas and three Pseudomonas species were isolated as bacterial pathogens of the fishes. And also totally 39 different bacteria were isolated from the fishes. Ampicillin appeared as the most ineffective antibiotic (resistant range 64.1%) for the bacteria. There are no resistant bacteria for Enrofloxacin in the antibiogram test results. Common fish pathogens of our country Yersinia ruckeri and Lactococcus sp. were not isolated in the study. These results may interpreted as the bacteria generally isolated trout species and intensive cultural condition. As a result the preliminary information was gained deal with fish pathogens of Deriner Dam Lake, in the project.
