Developing a software providing access to the lesson notes in the Web/CD media and teacher`s view about this software

That?s why, the methods and techniques that have beenformed over long years may change. Computer Based Education has took its placein the educational applications with the developments on computer technology, aswell. In Turkey, these applications are performed by Educational Ministry andother educational plants. Although some developments have been realized,various problems have appeared and sources could not be often used affectivelyenough. There exists lots of applications, detailed or superficial related tocomputer base education. While Computer Based Education is being planned andis being practiced, various methods and practice styles are preferred. Thesepractice styles can be classified as practices aiming at demonstration in class,practices aiming at searching, practices aiming at simulations, practices aiming ateducational games and mutual educational programs.In this thesis, we purpose to develop an application program that used forconverting trainer lesson?s note in electronic platform to HTML form that used forinternet or CD format.
