Abstract (TR)

This thesis introduces new versions of multi-band compact antennas design and analysis as candidates for future 5G applications in communication systems. This work approach has mainly depended on the triple-band microstrip patch antenna as a reference antenna by size miniaturizing and slots removing. The antenna structures have been composed of patches with various shapes of slots to enhance the behavior of the proposed antennas and direct feeding methods such as inset microstrip transmission line feeding to get good bandwidth impedance matching. In this regard, the proposed antennas' dual-band approach obtain through the modifications on various antenna structures with the assistance of electrical current behavior inside the patch. It found that the changing of patch and ground plate dimensions have highly effective for achieving this purpose. The dual-band antennas build to have a suitable dual-band response as well as acceptable radiation and gain properties. This thesis aims to introduce three proposed multiband micro-strip compact antennas and new slots with different etches for removal of undesired frequencies and generate the main dual-band resonance frequencies required. All proposed multi-band antennas build on the same substrate, which is (Roger RT5880 Duroid) with (0.508) mm thickness, and (2.2) relative permittivity as well as connected with 50 Ohm microstrip inset feeding. The performance of these antennas has been studied, analyzed, and evaluated through various parameters of the proposed antennas. The antenna modelling and evaluation performance accomplish by using one of the most important commercially available EM simulators, the Computer Simulation Technology Microwave Studio suite (CST MWS).
