Design and development of multiple automated guided vehicles and route plans

Storage of the product produced in conjunction with the rapid development of the industry taking back from the warehouse on demand and inventory tracking is of great importance. In businesses, effective implementation of the management of storage and shipping is possible with intelligent storage system or warehouse management system. In this study, a wireless control system capable of moving freely and easily changeableroute system with a flexible material, precise and rapid transportation, storage is planned to design. System which will be held in this work, detects and recognizes the object (pallets, baskets, parcels, etc.). with using a camera integrated image processing method. Transport operations will be performed from the first position of the object to the defined location of the object. On the other hand this system is going to be controlled via wireless control system remotely. Thus, there is no need to personnel resource without a person who manages the system. Storage processes is going to be done by fully automated systems which are pretty rapid and compatible for work and needs. Which will be the prototype of this system will be an exemplary model for the education of mechatronics and robotics projects which will be held later at the universities will create a step.
