Examination of the opinions of teachers working in resource room application

The aim of this research that would like to develop resource room teacher's self-efficacy scale, to compare this scale with different factors and to specify their ideas of resource room for the teachers on a mission in resource room in primary school, secondary school and high school in Siirt city in the academic year of 2017-2018. The scope of research is benefitted from mixed method. Universe of research compose tecahers on a mission in educational resource room. The sample of research compose tecahers on a mission in educational resource room in Siirt in the academic year 2017-2018. The dimension of quantitative results of the research compose 3 dimension such as; Educational Resource Room Teacher's self- efficacy scale, professional sufficiency, self-confidence and application. The result of comparing to variables from obtained scale does not have significant differences for the gender variables and on the contarary, it has signifcant differences according to the employment years, branche, perform a duty of teaching level and worked to insufficiency differences variables. The result of quantitative of the research is seen to be aware the aim of resource room from teachers and to determine acqusation depends and to move utmost the needs. They utilised test and written exam for the tools of measurement and utlised predominantly expression questions and reply for teaching method and techniques. The reply for advantage of resource room is opportunity of individual education and disadvantage is the problem of socialise. At the begining of application problem is lack of motivation and physical condition and it has seen activation of motivation about the founding solution for the problems for the students. The suggestions of teacher for the application of educational resource room are resulted to obtain material and to improve the physical condition.
