Abstract (EN)
In today's city planning, deep excavations are very important in terms of engineering. To provide the placement of multi-storey buildings according to the ground; In order to present the construction structures such as tunnels and subways, civil engineers are obliged to keep the ground in the vicinity during deep excavation. As seen in other countries, the population, which has been continuously increasing, brought with it the necessity to open new lands to the reconstruction of the land despite the rapid depletion of the dwellings in the regions where the floors are smooth and the ground is not favourable. In this process, low load bearing capacity, high deformation, ground strengthening and soil structure improvement are very common. In this study; the construction of the retaining wall construction and retaining systems, which are still under construction in the central district of Zonguldak province, is studied according to local soil properties. In the study area, a total of 30.0 meters 2 deep drilling was performed for geotechnical purposes. According to the drilling logs; the lime stones were formed and the ground rock class are observed. The foundations of retaining walls are constructed on ABSTRACT (continued) limestone. Therefore, the bearing capacity is calculated according to limestone. The building to be demolished consists of 12 floors, including 4 floors. The sections were stripped of the field. During the construction, necessary measures were taken in order not to cause any negative effects such as rock falling on the sea side and demolition process was started from the upper part of the building. 11,25 meters to the lower part of the existed structure of the excavation of the ground according to the existing soil conditions are made; anchor body length, root length calculation was made in finite elements (Plaxis V9 dynamic module) program. According to the accounts that saved program is a software developed for structural engineering (Sta4Cad program) in the retaining wall model, concrete, iron calculations were made. Afterwards, the length of the floor was changed and re-anchor body length and root length were calculated. Different sensitivity analyses were performed according to changing soil conditions.
